Crater Lake Surgery Center will verify your benefits and obtain authorization prior to your procedure. You will be notified of your financial responsibility prior to your scheduled procedure date. Payment is due the day of your procedure. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted. If you anticipate difficulty with your bill, please let us know before your procedure so we can work together to establish a fair solution.
